Description: This was an exercise in shaping and crafing the ordinary into something less ordinary. I used off-the-shelf 2x4 spruce studs, concrete and bright steel hardware as the building blocks for a line of furniture. Built were multiple pieces in this style including, couch, coffee table, dining table, magazine stand/lamp, end tables and bed. Supports are concrete cast in the ubiqutous hazard cone. Large cone for the dining table and smaller cone for the balance.
